No-budget movies are GOOD movies!

They say you can’t judge a book by its’ cover. Well, you can’t judge a movie by its’ budget, either. After all, some movies cost a fortune to make, and yet they’re awful. Films like Waterworld, Heaven's Gate, and The Adventures of Pluto Nash are famous examples of big-budget stinkeroos, but Hollywood churns out garbage all the time. Have you ever seen one of Adam Sandler’s “comedies”?

On the other hand, some movies that cost practically nothing to make are brilliant. For example, a film like Following, which was made for only $9,000, deserves to be much more widely seen.
